Place the freeze-dried miso soup into a cup, add boiling water, and stir until fully dissolved. The dried vegetables will float to the surface and expand as they rehydrate.

I was very pleased with this product. The miso soup was delicious, authentic in flavor, and very convenient to prepare. Each serving tasted fresh and of excellent quality, exactly what you’d expect from a trusted Japanese brand.
The only drawback was again the customs payment, which delayed the delivery slightly. It would be very helpful if Japanese Taste could provide clearer information on duties and import costs per country.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend both the product and Japanese Taste — the soup is first-grade, and the service is true to their promise.
