Kizami nori is a popular garnish for miso soup, rice bowl dishes like gyudon, soba, ramen, udon, chirashi-zushi, salad, soups, and more. But you can also sprinkle kizami nori on top of non-Japanese dishes such as steak, gratin, scrambled eggs, loco moco, potato salad, fried chicken, and pizza.
Sprinkle a moderate amount of shredded nori onto any dish. You can eat it as a snack, as-is.
