Add green coffee beans to the roaster and heat over a gas stove or IH induction cooker. Shake regularly while roasting to ensure even heat distribution. Roast until your preferred level is reached, then cool the beans and remove coffee chaff using the included stainless steel mesh.
Allow the roaster to cool before cleaning. Wash with mild detergent and dry thoroughly after use. Avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the coating. Store in a dry place.
