My sister in Japan recommended me. I am typically skeptical for supplements or energy booster, but this one does a wonderful job!
It's not like it takes all your tiredness or makes you super awake or jittery. It's more like a gentle relief for tiredness. It's very subtle but I found myself feeling "Wow, I feel good and not stressed." It's like the most supportive and gentle friend gives you a tap on your shoulder and saying he got you.
The effect seems to last 3-4 hours gently after getting kick in somewhat immediately.
Im Japanese so one pill works just fine, but for people in the US, I wonder if people experience the effect differently because of veryong tolerance to supplements and medications.
